The Sky Carries Their Cries

It seems that in the past I was so good (almost too good) at neutral, natural, and dull tones. Now I just want to keep seeing how much further I can push colors that just aren't anything like that. Does this one go to far? Perhaps perhaps not. But I tried to see what I could do none the less.


This character is one of my secondary characters in "The Bright and Brilliant." I'm not going to say much about this character (for now) Just because I want to know what kind of impression you get from this character.
